Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard Turkish payment methods including local bank acquiring, cross-border acquiring, and APMs
  • Negotiate commercial terms such as MDR, rolling reserves, and settlement cycles
  • Structure fee models for pay-in and payout flows
  • Assess AML, compliance, and operational risks
  • Work closely with Product and Tech teams during integrations
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships in Turkey
  • Monitor regulatory and market changes
  • Optimize cost of processing and approval rates

Requirements

  • 3+ years in PSP, payments, or fintech
  • Proven experience onboarding Turkish payment methods
  • Strong understanding of Acquirer MDR, scheme fees, cross-border fees, FX costs, and 3DS flows
  • Experience working with iGaming merchants
  • Strong local network in Turkey
  • Deep understanding of the Turkish high-risk payments landscape
  • Experience with high-risk or crypto PSPs
  • Understanding of settlement and reconciliation processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching payment infrastructure from scratch
  • Experience working in international corporate structures
