Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue, trading volume and active client growth across targeted MENA countries
  • Execute growth strategy via Introducing Brokers, strategic partners and regional BDMs
  • Expand presence in new MENA markets and establish regulatory footholds where possible
  • Build and manage strong partner relationships; leverage existing network to onboard new partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless partner and client experience
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and commercial performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a commercial/partnerships manager in trading
  • Strong FX and CFD market knowledge
  • Proven track record in partner-led business development
  • Experience meeting challenging commercial targets
  • Native Arabic speaker with strong English
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial

Preferred Qualifications

  • Transferable book of business (desirable)
  • Existing relationships across MENA markets
  • Knowledge of Crypto markets
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Familiarity with regional regulation and compliance considerations
