Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging potential SME clients in the UAE market.
- Developing strategic plans to acquire new customers and foster long-term relationships.
- Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting on sales metrics.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs.
- Representing FlapKap at networking events and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, particularly within the UAE market.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the SME landscape in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Strong network of SME contacts in the UAE
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
