Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with potential Clients and Partners interested in trading multi-asset products
  • On-board IBs and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues
  • Identify and target known Money Managers and IBs in the UAE/MENA Region
  • Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services
  • Cross-sell retail clients who meet the IB threshold
  • Stay up to date on market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices
  • Advise on trading strategies, options, and risk management strategies
  • Attend industry and company events to source potential clients
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Maintain customer records by using the CRM and logging communication

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree from any discipline
  • 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex / CFD brokerage sales environments
  • Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
  • Technical and Fundamental analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must speak Arabic language
