Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with potential clients and partners interested in trading multi-asset products including Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies
  • Onboard Introducing Brokers and support their growth in accounts, deposits, and revenues
  • Identify and target Money Managers and IBs across the UAE/MENA region
  • Organically build a book of business through market relationships and external networking
  • Prepare proposals and cross-sell services to meet customer trading needs
  • Advise clients on trading strategies, risk management, and market trends
  • Attend industry events to source potential clients and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and CRM documentation

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree from any discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales environments
  • Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
  • Hunter mindset with target-driven approach to sales
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical and fundamental analysis skills
  • Strong relationship management and networking abilities
  • CRM proficiency and customer orientation
