Business Development & Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective partners across US and European markets
• Research target companies, map decision-makers, and build personalized outreach
• Surface asymmetric opportunities and bring deal concepts to leadership with clear framing
• Find leverage points in prospective partners' businesses and build compelling mutual value propositions
• Draft outreach, pitch decks, and early-stage deal frameworks
• Manage early pipeline conversations and warm opportunities for senior leadership
• Own day-to-day management of partnerships; track performance and ensure both sides deliver
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships
• Build internal tools and automate repetitive workflows to operate at high leverage
• Create scalable systems for prospecting, tracking, and managing partnerships
• Stay ahead of AI tools relevant to BD and bring new capabilities to the team

Requirements

• 1-3 years in BD or partnerships, or equivalent demonstrated hustle
• Startup or high-ownership environment experience strongly preferred
• AI-native workflow and automation skills; you use AI as a force multiplier
• Business model analysis and leverage identification capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for dogs and technology
