Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Create and prioritize target account lists and multi-channel outreach plans
  • Research and build new accounts via calls, personalized emails, and social platforms
  • Lead high-level discovery conversations and meetings with prospects
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to advance pipeline
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in outbound SaaS prospecting with proven results
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, organization, and time management
  • High energy, proactive, strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly and operate with urgency
  • Assertive, direct, and company-first mentality
  • Legally authorized to work in the UAE; visa sponsorship not available
  • Based in Dubai (DIFC) with hybrid onsite presence; 18+ years of age

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fintech or financial services exposure
  • Knowledge of private banking and wealth management prospecting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and Salesloft
  • Experience engaging clients across the MENA region
