Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from various campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other channels
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Build reports to present to the manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing plans
- Create well-written proposals and sales documents to pitch to potential clients
Requirements
- Proven BDR or sales experience in IT, Cloud, or Web Hosting
- Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound sales techniques
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fluency in English
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
