Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from various campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other channels
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
  • Build reports to present to the manager
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing plans
  • Create well-written proposals and sales documents to pitch to potential clients

Requirements

  • Proven BDR or sales experience in IT, Cloud, or Web Hosting
  • Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound sales techniques
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
