Job description
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship-building with healthcare organizations
- Execute multi-channel campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings
- Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities to appropriate team members
- Partner with leadership to refine messaging, test value propositions, and iterate outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and provide insights on outreach performance
- Represent Amigo at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience (healthcare or B2B SaaS preferred)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage executive-level contacts
- Proficiency with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Curiosity about healthcare and AI with willingness to learn complex technical concepts
- Self-motivated and resilient; thrives on the hunt and handles rejection well
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations or health systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure or clinical workflow solutions
- Existing network in Middle East or international healthcare markets
