Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, specifically targeting corporate treasuries, prime brokerage, investment banks, and commercial banks
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects and develop new relationships
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings, focusing on high-value opportunities
- Manage follow-up conversations and coordinate appropriate team members to close new business
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies tailored to the financial services sector
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of financial institutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience maintaining CRM data integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience meeting and exceeding quotas in sales trading or enterprise fintech sales
- Knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technology
- Strong networking skills and experience building relationships with decision makers
