Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, specifically targeting corporate treasuries, prime brokerage, investment banks, and commercial banks
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects and develop new relationships
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings, focusing on high-value opportunities
  • Manage follow-up conversations and coordinate appropriate team members to close new business
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies tailored to the financial services sector
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of financial institutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience maintaining CRM data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience meeting and exceeding quotas in sales trading or enterprise fintech sales
  • Knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technology
  • Strong networking skills and experience building relationships with decision makers
