Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers through outbound channels
- Conduct cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate pipeline
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and goals
- Build and prioritize strategic target account lists within your territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Native-level English and German (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- High energy and positive attitude in a fast-paced, international environment
