Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers through outbound channels
  • Conduct cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate pipeline
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and goals
  • Build and prioritize strategic target account lists within your territory

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Native-level English and German (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
  • High energy and positive attitude in a fast-paced, international environment
