Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers through outbound channels
  • Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and initiate LinkedIn messaging sequences
  • Qualify leads by understanding their specific needs, pain points, and goals
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Native level proficiency in both English and Italian (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, goal-oriented manner
  • High energy and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
