Job description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within an assigned territory
  • Conduct outbound outreach: cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn sequences
  • Qualify leads by uncovering needs, pain points, and decision-making criteria
  • Build and prioritize target account lists and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate with Revenue team to hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Hit activity and pipeline targets while continuously improving outreach approaches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 0–2 years relevant experience
  • Native French
  • Native English
  • Cold calling
  • CRM experience
  • Strong communication
  • High energy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous BDR or sales development experience in SaaS or EdTech
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outbound tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Interest in AI-enabled sales workflows and productivity tools
