Job Description
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within an assigned territory
- Conduct outbound outreach: cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn sequences
- Qualify leads by uncovering needs, pain points, and decision-making criteria
- Build and prioritize target account lists and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with Revenue team to hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Hit activity and pipeline targets while continuously improving outreach approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 0–2 years relevant experience
- Native French
- Native English
- Cold calling
- CRM experience
- Strong communication
- High energy
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous BDR or sales development experience in SaaS or EdTech
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outbound tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Interest in AI-enabled sales workflows and productivity tools
