Garner is a fast-growing healthcare technology company on a mission to transform the healthcare economy. We partner with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using data-driven insights, guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the revenue organization
  • Meet or exceed established BDR activity metrics
  • Collaborate with sales teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Research accounts to identify key targets, generate interest, and identify compelling events
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities using Salesforce
  • Work with Growth Marketing to drive attendance at regional and national events

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calling
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
  • Positive and energetic phone skills with excellent listening and writing skills
  • Willingness to work in a high-performing, mission-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the healthcare industry
