Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source small business partners across Dubai/UAE through outbound outreach, cold calling, and consultative selling
- Close deals by guiding merchants from inquiry to success
- Develop a deep understanding of merchant revenue models, audiences, and goals
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and contracts to maximize mutual benefits
- Hit and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Partner with Merchant Development teams for smooth hand-off and ongoing strategy
- Grow the merchant portfolio, focusing on both scale and quality
Requirements
- Confident communication in English (Chinese and Russian are a plus)
- 2–3 years of sales experience (inside, B2B, or territory sales)
- Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close
- Experience managing small accounts
- Natural listener, persistent communicator, and instinctual closer
- Ability to thrive under pressure, embrace feedback, and adapt quickly
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Multilingual skills, especially Chinese and Russian
- Prior experience selling in the Dubai/UAE region
