Job description

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to engage small-to-mid-size and enterprise prospects
  • Qualify inbound leads using sales frameworks to convert inquiries into pipeline opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover client pain points and position Openprovider solutions effectively
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies and business cases for large-scale enterprise accounts
  • Manage the full negotiation process with procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders to finalize contracts
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate forecasting within HubSpot
  • Drive successful customer onboarding during the first 90 days to ensure adoption before transitioning accounts to the Account Management team

Requirements

  • Proven sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a tech-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, specifically with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
  • Working market knowledge of two or more key regions (EU, APAC, or North America)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM software for lead management and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of resilience, empathy, and active listening skills
