Job description
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to engage small-to-mid-size and enterprise prospects
- Qualify inbound leads using sales frameworks to convert inquiries into pipeline opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client pain points and position Openprovider solutions effectively
- Develop personalized outreach strategies and business cases for large-scale enterprise accounts
- Manage the full negotiation process with procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders to finalize contracts
- Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate forecasting within HubSpot
- Drive successful customer onboarding during the first 90 days to ensure adoption before transitioning accounts to the Account Management team
Requirements
- Proven sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a tech-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, specifically with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
- Working market knowledge of two or more key regions (EU, APAC, or North America)
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM software for lead management and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level of resilience, empathy, and active listening skills
