Job description

Responsibilities

  • Engage inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to understand business needs, budget, and decision-making processes
  • Qualify opportunities using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or SPIN
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo
  • Nurture early-stage prospects and re-engage inactive leads
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives and provide detailed handoff notes
  • Maintain accurate records and hygiene within CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Outbound Prospecting
  • Proven experience conducting discovery and qualification calls
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
  • Experience using sales engagement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of BDR or SDR experience with proven quota attainment
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS, technology solutions, or professional services
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Sandler Methodology
  • Background in account-based sales and multi-channel outreach
