Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email and social outreach
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
  • Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and campaigns
  • Develop deep product knowledge and communicate value propositions to prospects
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years SaaS sales or B2B business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Proven track record as a SaaS BDR or in lead generation
  • Experience selling to GCC/MENA clients and markets
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
