Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email and social outreach
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and campaigns
- Develop deep product knowledge and communicate value propositions to prospects
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and qualified opportunities
Requirements
- 1-3 years SaaS sales or B2B business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven track record as a SaaS BDR or in lead generation
- Experience selling to GCC/MENA clients and markets
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
