Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients in potential markets to generate qualified leads
  • Establish initial contact with leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Manage meeting schedules for the sales team to convert leads into real opportunities
  • Perform continuous follow-up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships
  • Work closely with the commercial team to align sales strategies
  • Maintain updated client and prospect information in the CRM

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation, preferably in B2B environments
  • Advanced English level (B2 or C1 preferred)
  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms (ideally Pipedrive or similar)
  • Effective and persuasive oral and written communication skills
  • Autonomy and proactivity for remote work
  • Knowledge of outreach techniques via LinkedIn, email, telephone, and social media
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
