Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients in potential markets to generate qualified leads
- Establish initial contact with leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Manage meeting schedules for the sales team to convert leads into real opportunities
- Perform continuous follow-up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships
- Work closely with the commercial team to align sales strategies
- Maintain updated client and prospect information in the CRM
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation, preferably in B2B environments
- Advanced English level (B2 or C1 preferred)
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms (ideally Pipedrive or similar)
- Effective and persuasive oral and written communication skills
- Autonomy and proactivity for remote work
- Knowledge of outreach techniques via LinkedIn, email, telephone, and social media
- Strong time management and organizational skills
