Job description

Responsibilities

  • Source relevant organizations and contacts using intent tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Evaluate prospect fit based on Verifiable’s ideal customer profile and assess their specific needs and challenges
  • Develop targeted sequences and strategies to educate and nurture prospects toward conversion
  • Schedule initial sales meetings for Account Executives and ensure prospect preparedness
  • Maintain and update prospect data, accounts, and leads within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop outbound playbooks, including cold calling and social selling frameworks

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in an SDR/BDR role, with a preference for outbound experience
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and set appointments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
  • High level of adaptability and self-motivation in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Resilience in handling objections and persistence in achieving daily and monthly goals
