Job description
Responsibilities
- Source relevant organizations and contacts using intent tools and sales engagement platforms
- Identify and qualify potential clients through email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Evaluate prospect fit based on Verifiable’s ideal customer profile and assess their specific needs and challenges
- Develop targeted sequences and strategies to educate and nurture prospects toward conversion
- Schedule initial sales meetings for Account Executives and ensure prospect preparedness
- Maintain and update prospect data, accounts, and leads within Salesforce
- Collaborate with leadership to develop outbound playbooks, including cold calling and social selling frameworks
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in an SDR/BDR role, with a preference for outbound experience
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and set appointments
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- High level of adaptability and self-motivation in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Resilience in handling objections and persistence in achieving daily and monthly goals
