Job description

Responsibilities

  • Close high-ticket licensing deals between top mobile game studios and major IP holders like Hasbro, Paramount, and Legendary Pictures
  • Build and maintain relationships with renowned IP holders worldwide to match brands with game studio partners
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including negotiation, closing, and contracting
  • Support the BD team in identifying the perfect IPs for our studios' portfolio
  • Work with IP holders to help shape their long-term strategy within the gaming space
  • Review proposals based on licensor feedback and deep understanding of the IP

Requirements

  • Proven success in managing end-to-end high-ticket sales and licensing deals
  • Extensive experience in a sales, product, or licensing role within the gaming industry
  • An established network within the IP licensing industry
  • Familiarity with brand licensing and IP-related project management
  • Deep understanding of game mechanics, liveops, and monetization strategies
  • A passion for the gaming industry and a performance-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of game studios across mobile, PC, or console platforms
  • Scalable thinking with the ability to own large-scale projects in a fast-growing environment
