Responsibilities

  • Develop a network of top Chinese developers to build collaborations for licensing our global IP partners
  • Study partner IPs to build business strategies, matching games with the right brands and negotiating agreements
  • Maintain close contact with potential partners to ensure successful launches and smooth operations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers to explore additional collaboration opportunities
  • Monitor the global gaming industry and provide in-depth market analysis reports to shape IP business strategy

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales within the gaming industry
  • Passion for and familiarity with the Chinese mobile game market
  • Native-level Chinese fluency with strong spoken and written English proficiency
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively across different cultures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of top game developers in China
  • Basic familiarity with brand licensing or experience in IP-related projects
  • Scalable thinking with the ability to own large-scale projects
