Responsibilities
- Develop a network of top Chinese developers to build collaborations for licensing our global IP partners
- Study partner IPs to build business strategies, matching games with the right brands and negotiating agreements
- Maintain close contact with potential partners to ensure successful launches and smooth operations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers to explore additional collaboration opportunities
- Monitor the global gaming industry and provide in-depth market analysis reports to shape IP business strategy
Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales within the gaming industry
- Passion for and familiarity with the Chinese mobile game market
- Native-level Chinese fluency with strong spoken and written English proficiency
- Self-motivation and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively across different cultures
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of top game developers in China
- Basic familiarity with brand licensing or experience in IP-related projects
- Scalable thinking with the ability to own large-scale projects
