Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute near and long-term business development strategies to drive business opportunities in alignment with company objectives
  • Lead and ensure successful execution of the end-to-end capture lifecycle and strategic planning process
  • Engage customers and vendors to shape pre-solicitation efforts and fulfill RFI/RFP requests
  • Track emerging markets and trends to propose new offerings or strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with technology, product, finance, and marketing teams to yield sustainable growth
  • Attend industry events to network and strengthen external relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or management (Master’s preferred)
  • 12+ years of professional experience in the space industry with notable experience in National Security Space
  • 10+ years of experience executing sales and business development in technology, defense, or aerospace
  • Experience executing business development activities and briefing executive leadership
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to secure a Secret Department of War Security Clearance
  • Ability to travel frequently (sometimes exceeding 50% of the time)
  • Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, or protected individual) due to ITAR/EAR regulations
