Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain prospect lists of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp, and referrals
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the founder
  • Monitor inbound interest and buying signals to ensure prompt follow-up
  • Manage and update CRM records throughout the sales process
  • Research prospective investors and personalize outreach strategies
  • Support capital raise initiatives and business development for managed IT services
  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as webinars, white papers, and social media campaigns
  • Continuously improve outreach workflows and recommend process improvements

Requirements

  • Strong experience in outbound sales and business development
  • Proficiency with Zoho CRM and the Zoho Suite
  • Proficiency with Slack
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Ability to work during EST business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous SDR or fundraising experience
  • Experience engaging with executives, investors, or high-net-worth individuals
  • Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
  • Experience with GoHighLevel
  • Warm, engaging, and personable communication style
