Business Immigration Associate

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day U.S. immigration casework for nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, E-3, O-1) and green card processes, including complex PERM cases
• Coordinate with staff and candidates to gather information and work with external counsel to develop case strategies
• Manage the employee experience for every case, ensuring stakeholders are informed and deadlines are met
• Identify and implement process improvements and keep immigration documentation and policies up to date
• Ensure smooth handoffs between recruitment and onboarding for employees requiring visas
• Field immigration inquiries and travel-related questions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical business immigration experience, specifically managing H-1B and green card cases
• Strong working knowledge of the PERM process, I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status applications
• Strong written communication skills for managing high-volume correspondence
• Demonstrated reliability and prioritization judgment for time-sensitive requests

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with O-1 petitions and EB-1 green card cases
• Experience in a fast-moving, high-bar environment such as an in-house immigration function at a scaling company
