Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain data from multiple sources (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets) into unified reporting systems
• Design, build and maintain interactive BI dashboards and visual reports (Power BI, Tableau/Qlik)
• Develop data models, DAX measures and perform data transformations for reporting
• Implement and manage ETL processes and data pipelines for analytics
• Analyze business processes, define KPIs and recommend automation and efficiency improvements
• Provide real-time analytics, trend analysis and forecasting for Sales, Marketing and Technical teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights and train teams on self-service reporting
• Document data sources, reporting workflows and data governance practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau or Qlik
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation or scripting

• Experience delivering analytics for Sales and Marketing teams
• Knowledge of forecasting and trend analysis techniques
