Business Intelligence Analyst Lead

Responsibilities

• Independently consult with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
• Design and develop analytic studies and reporting solutions
• Lead the development of analysis approach and reporting based on business questions
• Develop, validate, and execute complex queries for sophisticated data analysis
• Mentor junior BI developers through project feedback and code reviews
• Use statistical methods and data visualization to communicate insights
• Troubleshoot data quality issues through profiling and validation
• Participate in and advise on strategic departmental initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Proficiency in data structures, programming, and statistics
• Strong experience managing multiple projects independently
• Ability to translate technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders
