Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the full data lifecycle end-to-end for law firm clients, from extraction and transformation to visualization
• Build and maintain data pipelines that consolidate fragmented data from disconnected tools into unified sources of truth
• Design and deploy dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Automate data workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n to reduce manual effort and improve data freshness
• Integrate AI capabilities where practical to enhance data cleaning, summarization, and anomaly detection
• Serve as a strategic data partner to clients, identifying business problems and tracing them back to data-driven solutions
• Extract data from multiple systems including CRM and PM platforms via APIs, native exports, and other methods

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or analytics engineering roles
• Proven ownership of the complete data pipeline: extraction, cleaning, transformation, modeling, and visualization
• Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase
• Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake) and transformation tools like dbt
• Comfort working with REST APIs for data extraction and integration
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) to streamline workflows
• Professional English fluency at B2 level or higher
• Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to present findings to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in professional services, consulting, or agency environments
• Background working with CRM and PM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable) as data sources
• Exposure to AI/GenAI applications in data workflows
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating end-to-end data projects with measurable business outcomes
