Responsibilities

• Project manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the data warehouse ecosystem and high-impact dashboard suites
• Implement and maintain enterprise data catalogs to map data lineage from source systems to the final BI layer
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to establish and maintain a centralized catalog of standardized corporate KPIs
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering to ensure data models accurately reflect complex business logic
• Implement automated data profiling and testing frameworks to ensure data quality
• Act as the primary champion for data literacy and design "Train-the-Trainer" frameworks for self-service adoption
• Leverage modern AI-assisted workflows to accelerate report generation and documentation

Requirements

• Proven track record of architecting enterprise-grade data warehouse and analytics environments
• Hands-on proficiency with cloud data warehousing (AWS Redshift preferred), advanced SQL, and data modeling
• Expert-level mastery of visualization platforms like PowerBI, Apache Superset, or AWS Quicksight
• Superior consultative and interpersonal skills to translate technical architecture for non-technical users
• Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.)
• 5–7 years of experience in BI or data analytics, with 2+ years in leadership or project ownership
• Experience building BI layers on top of Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, or Canvas LMS
• Familiarity with global and regional data privacy standards like GDPR
