Responsibilities

• Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement
• Work directly with leaders to define and prioritize critical strategic questions facing the business
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design process improvements to drive efficiency and margin
• Develop and maintain critical operating metrics and reporting cadences
• Apply AI tools and agents to analysis, reporting, and workflow design

Requirements

• 6+ years of total work experience
• 2+ years in investment banking or consulting
• 2+ years in a high-growth startup (Business Operations, Strategy & Ops, or Strategic Finance preferred)
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to distill complex, ambiguous issues into structured frameworks
• Comfort operating with high autonomy and shifting priorities
• Ability to build relationships and drive alignment across functions
• Familiarity with AI tools/agents to accelerate workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, or embedded/vertical SaaS
• SQL proficiency or equivalent analytical depth
