Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing to analyze acquisition channel ROI and research new channels
• Develop conceptual frameworks for matching clients to law firms and collaborate with data science teams
• Conduct interviews with partner law firms to prioritize product features
• Partner with Design and Product teams to craft roadmaps and mock up wireframes
• Manage and coordinate complex projects involving strategy, data analysis, and execution

Requirements

• Experience at a top consulting firm with at least one promotion
• Proven track record of leading projects that map complex systems and implement data-driven solutions
• Strong ability to gather and analyze data to make strategic recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal skills to shape team culture and advocate for ideas
• Demonstrated commitment to social impact and helping others

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketplace businesses or complex consumer services (insurance, fintech, medical, real estate)
• Experience in consumer-focused research or discovery work
• Ability to empathize and interview people from diverse backgrounds
