Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across the lending business, including developing project plans and tracking milestones.
• Identify project risks and blockers, driving resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to improve execution visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans and track implementation progress.
• Support operational readiness and post-implementation follow-up for key initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, PMO, or related roles.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and execution skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, lending, payments, banking, or financial services.
• Prior experience in payment operations, finance operations, reconciliation, or business process management.
• Familiarity with the payment lifecycle, including disbursement, repayment, refund, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of payment gateways, wallet operations, banking processes, and financial controls.
