Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the UAE entity's outsourcing framework and maintain the outsourcing register in compliance with CBUAE regulations
• Establish and maintain Intercompany Agreements (ICAs) and ensure data protection standards are met
• Monitor outsourced service provider performance against SLAs and drive continuous improvement
• Manage incident triage and escalation, ensuring regulatory reporting obligations are fulfilled
• Own First Line of Defence (1LOD) risk assessments and control inventories for outsourced functions
• Develop and maintain the UAE entity's Business Continuity Plan and operational resilience testing
• Manage all regular and ad hoc regulatory reporting obligations to the CBUAE
• Drive operational KPIs and sustainable growth across the region

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fast-paced operational environments, preferably in FinTech, banking, or financial services
• Proven track record of managing outsourced services and vendor governance within a regulated environment
• Deep understanding of CBUAE Outsourcing Regulations or equivalent frameworks (FCA, EBA, SAMA)
• Experience building and managing operations to scale within a global matrix organization
• Ability to satisfy CBUAE's Fit and Proper assessment requirements
