Job description
Responsibilities
- Collect process information from Procurement business users
- Document workflows accurately
- Maintain BPM repository
- Support walkthroughs & validations
- Share documented outputs
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
- Hands-on experience with: As-Is / To-Be process documentation, BPMN 2.0, Process mapping & modelling, SOP preparation
- Experience with SAP Signavio / ARIS / Bizagi / Visio (any one mandatory)
- Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, Vendor onboarding & management, PR / PO processing, Tendering & sourcing workflows, Goods receipt / service entry, Invoice processing & approvals
- Ability to explain Process Maturity Model (L0–L6/L7) step-by-step
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in structured transformation or ERP programs
- Exposure to SAP procurement modules is an advantage
- Strong documentation and communication skills
