Business Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for risk analysis, review, and reporting
• Assess risk position and communicate risk trends to senior leadership
• Maintain and manage the business and third-party risk review pipeline
• Oversee third-party evaluation, due diligence assessments, and reporting
• Propose changes to policy, processes, and procedures for new product development
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Oversee partner and third-party due diligence including financial, operations, and regulatory assessments
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs and KRIs
• Identify and mitigate gaps, roadblocks, and inefficiencies impacting revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 5+ years of experience in a risk management role
• Prior experience in Third-Party Risk Management
• Knowledge of Merchant Acquiring Payment Solutions, Card Brand Rules, or Sponsor Banking
• Experience in Consumer and Commercial Lending or Real-Time Payments
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
