Business Support Virtual Assistant – Research & Outreach

Responsibilities

• Research churches, ministries, and religious organizations to identify potential property buyers
• Conduct introductory outbound calls to decision-makers using approved scripts
• Obtain permission for brokers to send property offering memorandums
• Maintain organized outreach trackers and lead documentation in Google Sheets
• Collect and verify accurate contact information including names, titles, and emails
• Escalate qualified leads to the commercial real estate broker

Requirements

• Experience conducting professional outbound calls
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
• Experience with online research and identifying decision-makers
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a professional tone
• High attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous lead research or appointment setting experience
• Commercial real estate industry experience
• Knowledge of VoIP platforms like Google Voice
