Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
• Perform gap analysis and issue analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Design, document, and maintain business and system processes
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables for small to mid-sized projects
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams
• Apply SDLC and project lifecycle principles to ensure technology solutions meet company standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analyst experience
• Proven experience supporting broad-impact, cross-functional systems
• Advanced skills in requirements elicitation and gap analysis
• Experience generating business and process documentation
• Ability to coordinate and manage small-sized projects and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Business Analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA, PBA)
