Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop the graphic components of the Dagor Engine within the Tools environment
  • Build toolsets and provide cross-team support for technical artists
  • Implement computer graphics algorithms, viewport metrics, visualizers, and debug drawers
  • Investigate and resolve rendering-related CI/CD pipeline issues
  • Maintain standalone CDK builds

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of general programming experience
  • Strong knowledge of C++20
  • Proficiency in HLSL or GLSL
  • Experience using graphics debugging and profiling tools such as RenderDoc, PIX, or Nsight
  • Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra and analytical geometry
  • Intermediate+ English language skills
  • High degree of self-organization and system thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with modern APIs like DirectX 12, Vulkan, GNM, or Metal
  • Knowledge of daslang or quirrel
  • Previous experience in game tools development
