C++ Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Expand exchange connectivity by building and integrating robust gateways to connect with new global financial exchanges
• Optimize performance by fine-tuning existing data connectors to minimize ingestion latency and maximize throughput
• Evolve data models to implement support for new and emerging data structures and asset types within the pipeline
• Refactor for scale by modernizing and re-architecting existing solutions to ensure infrastructure scales with market volumes

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience writing clean, efficient code using modern C++ standards (C++17/20)
• Proven track record of managing, parsing, and processing massive streams of real-time data via high-throughput architecture
• Deep understanding of multithreaded programming, concurrent systems, and CPU memory models
• Solid grasp of network protocols, communication layers, and Linux system internals
• Strong foundational knowledge of core algorithms and data structures
• Professional level of written and spoken English for international collaboration
• Expertise in ultra-low latency, sub-microsecond real-time development
• Prior engineering experience in High-Frequency Trading (HFT), telecom routing, or high-performance game engines
