C++ Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced C++ Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of C++ programming language and possess senior-level skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating C++ projects, ensuring smooth execution of processes to make everyone comfortable, and leading a team of developers.

Technologies used: C++17/20, Linux/CentOs 7+, CMake, Gcc, Clang, Kernel-bypass.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain C++ code of exceptional quality.
• Lead and guide a team of developers, providing mentorship and support.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of C++ modules.
• Take ownership of projects, overseeing their progress from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Ensure that all code adheres to coding standards and guidelines.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the production of high-quality code.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to understand and fulfil project requirements.

What We Look For In You:

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++.
• Performs well in a remote/hybrid team with variable, project-based responsibilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing a team of developers.
• Can work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Nice-to-have:

• Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in low latency/real-time development, specifically with a focus on achieving sub-microsecond latency.
• Proficient in utilizing LockFree containers and employing corresponding thinking patterns.
• Demonstrate proficiency in C programming, including experience in writing drivers for Linux systems and working with the core components.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of Linux system internals and networking principles.
