Job Description

We are seeking an experienced C++ Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of C++ programming language and possess senior-level skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating C++ projects, ensuring smooth execution of processes to make everyone comfortable, and leading a team of developers.

Technologies used: C++17/20, Linux/CentOs 7+, CMake, Gcc, Clang, Kernel-bypass.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and maintain C++ code of exceptional quality.
Lead and guide a team of developers, providing mentorship and support.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of C++ modules.
Take ownership of projects, overseeing their progress from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Ensure that all code adheres to coding standards and guidelines.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the production of high-quality code.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to understand and fulfil project requirements.

What We Look For In You:

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++.
Performs well in a remote/hybrid team with variable, project-based responsibilities.
Strong project management skills.

Experience managing a team of developers.
Can work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Nice-to-have:

Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in low latency/real-time development, specifically with a focus on achieving sub-microsecond latency.
Proficient in utilizing LockFree containers and employing corresponding thinking patterns.
Demonstrate proficiency in C programming, including experience in writing drivers for Linux systems and working with the core components.
Exhibit a strong understanding of Linux system internals and networking principles.
