C++ Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced C++ Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in the trading industry. As a C++ Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our trading systems and ensuring they are built to the highest standards.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of C++ programming and infrastructure around it. You have a passion for tackling complex problems, and are able to design and implement highly scalable and performant software solutions. You have a strong focus on quality, and are committed to ensuring that the codebase is maintainable and easy to extend.In this role, you will be at the forefront of the trading industry, working on challenging problems that have a direct impact on our business. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Technically lead a team of C++ developers in the development and maintenance of our trading system
• Define and enforce software architecture principles and ensure adherence to them
• Design, implement, and maintain highly efficient and scalable C++ code
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in software development
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in C++ development
