About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and complete customer data sets via outbound telephone calls
  • Support customers with data entry to help them find the best loan options
  • Forward customer inquiries to credit specialists to support comprehensive credit consulting
  • Participate in process improvement and quality management optimization
  • Handle warm leads (customers who have actively left their data)

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in direct customer contact (ideally in sales or retail)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to analyze customer needs
  • Native-level German proficiency
  • Proficiency in using computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable, independent, and good time management skills
