Job description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and take inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes
  • Ask qualifying questions to match callers with appropriate insurance companies
  • Maintain high enthusiasm and professionalism in a scripted environment
  • Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years of call center experience in customer service or sales
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Technically savvy with a personal audio/video capable laptop or desktop for training
  • Detail-oriented with strong work ethics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in outbound telemarketing
  • Experience with aggressive, commission-based compensation structures

Benefits

  • $17.00/hourly base pay
  • Uncapped monthly commission potential
  • $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days
  • $100 monthly attendance bonus after 60 days
