Job description
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes
- Ask qualifying questions to match callers with appropriate insurance companies
- Maintain high enthusiasm and professionalism in a scripted environment
- Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of call center experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Technically savvy with a personal audio/video capable laptop or desktop for training
- Detail-oriented with strong work ethics
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in outbound telemarketing
- Experience with aggressive, commission-based compensation structures
Benefits
- $17.00/hourly base pay
- Uncapped monthly commission potential
- $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days
- $100 monthly attendance bonus after 60 days
