Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and chat conversations
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints to maintain customer confidence
  • Process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates
  • Track customer feedback to help improve communication strategies
  • Collaborate with CX, sales, and tech teams to optimize customer interactions

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain things simply
  • Customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple chats and calls simultaneously without losing focus
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends if required
  • Experience with call center tools or CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Ziwo)
