Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within agreed timeframes
  • Accurately capture and update all call information in the CRM system
  • Follow approved scripts and call flows while adapting naturally to each conversation
  • Achieve daily and weekly call handling and quality assurance targets
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department
  • Maintain a courteous, professional, and solution-focused approach at all times

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a call centre or telephonic customer service role
  • Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and quality headset
  • Patient, resilient, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Ability to work shifts if required
  • Matric certificate required
