CAM SharePoint Lead/Knowledge Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement role-based access and data security controls within SharePoint
• Design, build, and govern the CAM SharePoint site, including taxonomy, navigation, permissions, and document version control
• Curate and organize the Lessons Learned library, Training Materials repository, SOP library, and Job Aids hub
• Establish content lifecycle standards and onboard team members and stakeholders to the SharePoint environment
• Monitor SharePoint usage analytics and refine information architecture based on user behavior

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 8 years of progressive experience
• 3+ years administering SharePoint Online sites, including governance, permissions, and content management
• Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate)

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or SharePoint-specific credential
• Prior VA or federal cybersecurity reporting experience
