Campaign & Cold Email Infrastructure Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Scrape, clean, and enrich leads using Clay, Apollo, and other enrichment tools.
• Build and optimize cold email campaigns in Instantly.
• Revive underperforming campaigns and refine copy to boost engagement.
• Manage direct outreach (cold emails) and indirect methods (podcasts, interviews, roundtables).
• Configure sending domains and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Manage inbox creation, rotation, and warm-up processes.
• Monitor inbox health and maintain sending reputation.
• Use best-in-class deliverability tools to track, audit, and improve results.
• Share actionable insights through regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals.

Requirements

• Proven success with Instantly and high-volume outreach
• Strong experience with Clay, Apollo workflows
• Hands-on with domains, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warm-up, inbox rotation
• Familiarity with best deliverability tools (GlockApps, Folderly, Postmaster)
• Copywriting and cold email optimization
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset and data interpretation
• Organized and proactive with deadlines
• Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Prior success managing cold email campaigns (portfolio/examples required)
• Experience with both direct outreach and indirect campaign formats
• Bonus: Familiarity with automation (n8n, Zapier) and advanced monitoring tools
