Campaign Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sierra Club's work to achieve an equitable transformation of the power sector away from coal and gas to 100 percent clean energy
• Serve as the campaign's lead fundraiser and primary relationship manager for foundations and major donors
• Translate investments into clear strategy, measurable results, and meaningful outcomes
• Set high-level power sector strategy and approve local campaign plans
• Raise and deploy resources to achieve organizational goals
• Foster collaboration with Beyond Coal staff and other Sierra Club Energy Campaigns
• Ensure strategies and tactics advance racial justice, equity, and inclusion
