Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for user acquisition and channel optimization through data-driven research
• Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to increase exposure and visibility
• Design and manage DeFi-focused campaigns to drive KPIs such as TVL, transaction volume, and trading volume
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align campaign strategies
• Develop cohesive go-to-market (GTM) plans with clear timelines
• Leverage historical data and customer insights to optimize the marketing channel mix
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful ROI
• Support product launches, ecosystem events, and developer programs with targeted initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Web3, with at least 2 years specifically in Web3/crypto marketing
• Proven experience working with DeFi or blockchain projects
• Familiarity with both centralized and decentralized blockchain platforms and services
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocol mechanisms and their impact on user behavior
• Experience using on-chain data analytics tools such as Dune Analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with an ROI-driven approach to strategy
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the BNB Chain ecosystem and its key projects
• Experience with influencer marketing, community engagement, and ecosystem partnerships
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and campaign tracking software
• Experience working in global markets or multilingual capabilities
