Job description

Responsibilities

  • Source high-quality candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and ContactOut
  • Conduct 10–15 phone or Zoom interviews daily to qualify interest
  • Perform cold calling to introduce job opportunities to potential candidates
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with talent pipelines
  • Manage candidate scheduling, follow-ups, and pipeline movement
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM/ATS

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or administrative support
  • Fluent English proficiency (both spoken and written) for US-based communication
  • High level of confidence in cold calling and proactive candidate outreach
  • Professional and active LinkedIn profile
  • Ability to work full-time during US business hours, including occasional weekends
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort conducting video interviews via Zoom
